- The Right Start- Development of transition documents and a facilitated workshop for new City Managers (with their City Councils) and Department Heads (with their division and section staffs).
- This will essentially include the development of information and a dossier to help facilitate the transition for a new manager. This will also include the facilitation of onboarding for the new executive, and the goal setting workshop for the manager for short and long term goals along with expectation setting with the Council and key staff. The idea is to help facilitate the “right start” for someone coming into an agency.
- Developing a Framework for Revitalization- A process for the strategic planning outline for revitalization and redevelopment of project areas.
- Facilitation Services- Coordinating planning, workshops, goal setting and teambuilding in organizations.
