This page includes examples of planning tools and master plans I have helped facilitate over the years. The old adage of “a failure to plan is a plan to fail” is absolutely correct. Thoughtful management is the ability to establish a long term vision with plans outlining the incremental steps to the ultimate result.
Over the years, I have been blessed with amazing teams of people who made the visions a reality. These are just samples of how we got from “good to great” by setting our “big objectives” which gave us course, getting the “right people” involved then having the “discipline” to stay with the plan and get to our destination.
